Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted with a valid RMA number; Contact us to obtain an RMA. Please be prepared to state the nature and cause of the failure, as we only accept returns, or provide refunds on defective units that are the cause of our workmanship, or a mechanical part failure, not because you dropped it, or forgot to fill it with oil, or forgot to service it per Prevost's maintenance schedule. Return shipping, additional damages of any kind and labor will not be covered. Shipping any defective unit back to us without further damage is your responsibility and at your expense, once the determination is made, which is at our sole discretion we will provide the appropriate remedy, whether that be repairing the same unit, replacement, refund, or claim denial. We will do our best to help, but we will not be taken advantage of, a few have tried.

If the cause of the failure is deemed to be the fault of the installer, the customer will be charged accordingly to repair the unit; All units are photographically and video documented throughout the building and testing phases prior to shipping; Additionally, we serialize our parts as a unit and mary those serials with a specific purchase so please do not try to disassemble and swap parts around as we will be able to easily see that and the original purchaser will end up being billed.

Warranties are non-transferable.

Warranty basics: All of our clutches come backed with our gold standard 1 year warranty covering all the mechanical components. As with any warranty we do not cover damages caused by, disassembly, lack of maintenance negligence, abuse, natural disaster or any circumstances out of our control of course. No labor or additional damages will be covered by this warranty.
